We have our own catchment parks in Charentes Maritime. The picture shows the cultch on which we harvest spats, the latter being what we obtain from the natural reproduction of oysters.

 
 

7 à 8 months later…

The little oysters are removed from the cultch and brought to Paimpol to be grown for 3 years…

 
 

Grown to maturity in about 3 years…

At each tide, oysters are regularly handled in the parks and at the workshop in order to obtain a better quality shell.

 
 

Tasting

We master oyster farming from birth to marketing and use methods passed on by our parents. Thus we can offer you a high quality product with a sharp mineral and salty taste.
